Kim Bussey

Born, raised, and lived in Lynchburg and surrounding counties all my life. I love this area because we are just a few hours west of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and just minutes from our gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains. I became a Realtor in 1999 and a Contractor in 2001. My Dad and I started a construction company, Precise Properties, Inc., which my husband, Mark Bussey has overseen field operations since 2003. We are BLESSED!

My knowledge of the local jurisdictions and their Zoning, Environmental and Building Departments is vital in the process of building or sometimes buying a home or business. My experience over the year’s include first time buyers, sellers, growing families, empty nesters, and family’s selling their parents homes. We have “flipped” homes, fun, but not as easy as the TV Shows make it seem, and of course built many new homes speculative and custom.

For down time I enjoy gardening, fishing, reading, learning …never stop learning. Hanging out with my Son, Daughter-in-law and Granddaughter, and a few others I claim as my own. I love them!! My husband and I enjoy our home projects, cooking and visiting our aging parents all over VA and SC. I am also a licensed REALTOR in SC and spend time on the coast.
